The Nautilus with Quick Scrub allows the operator to utilize a one off/on switch operation which controls all functions. The functions (Scrub & or Vacuum) are selected prior to cleaning. The Green Quick Scrub master switch turns the selected functions on & off. Individual functions can be adjusted by the operator during the cleaning process,. The operator can change water flow & brush pressure on the move.

 

Pro Scrub function (Prolonged Run time Operation) allows long scrub time before draining & refilling.

Professional Cleaning Results - Two powerful Eaton hydraulic motors turn two 45" cylindrical scrub brushes @ 425rpm. Choose 200, 300 or 400lbs of down pressure using the selector knob on the operator control panel. Clean the build-up off the floor or bring the polish back to to the high gloss finish. 11,500 CFM vacuum completely dries the floor allowing forklift tracic to travel safely behind the machine. 

The Powerboss Nautilus is a large industrial ride-on sweeper/scrubber drier ideal for use in all heavy duty applications.

    squeegee frames, squeegee retention bands (inner 

    & outer rear) & sides + debris hopper on easy roll

 - Quick View Squeegee: The rear squeegee tilts up 

    for easy access & inspection & allows more  

    adjustments & cleaning to be made if necessary.

 

 - Quick change scrub brushes: no tools required.

 

 - Edge Scrub: The optional heavy duty edge scrub      

    allows the operator to clean close to walls & rack 

    rows. If contact is made with the squeegee  

    assemblies they collapse underneath the machine

    momentarily then they resume their normal position. 

 

  - Quick Load Hopper: The squeegee is tilted up

     out of the way so that the debris hopper can be 

    removed from the machine. Once this has been

    achieved the hopper can be effortlessly moved

    using the easy roll out casters & the debris

    disposed of using the plastic safety dump debris

    trays.

   

 -  Powerful Kubota engine available in diesel or LPG.

 

 -  85 Litre Quick Load Hopper

 

 - Unrivalled Manoeuvrability. The machine is            

    capable of turning around in a 274 cm aisle if

    required.
